Cancellation Policy

Sawyer Sanctuary sends an appointment confirmation SMS message the week of your appointment. Please note once your appointment has been confirmed, if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or a 'no show' a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods

Full payment of your kinesiology session is due at the end of your appointment. Sawyer Sanctuary accepts payment via cash or cards. Please note a 1.9% bank card processing fee is incurred with all card payments. On request a receipt can be emailed to you for your records.
